What data we collect
We may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, requested service and message submitted through the form. For statistics, only with consent, we collect technical session identifiers, visited pages, referral sources and general interactions.
Purpose and legal basis for processing
We use data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, perform contracts and improve the website. The legal basis may be consent, pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract or legitimate interests, as applicable.
How long we retain data
Business enquiries are retained for as long as needed for the discussion and applicable legal obligations. Internal statistical data is retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion where there is no legal retention requirement.
Who we share data with
Data may be processed by technical providers strictly necessary for hosting, email and analytics, subject to confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data or send form contents to Google Analytics.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. For any request, email design@moadagency.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP.
